What it does
Capture it once. Find it years later.
Photos and video
Take them in the app or bring in what is already on the phone. Grouped by day, place and the people in them.
Documents
Scan a receipt, a lease, a passport. Multi-page scans become one PDF, sized to the page rather than letterboxed onto A4.
Notes and to-dos
Type or dictate. A to-do carries a due date and ticks off from the grid without opening it.
Email it in
Forward anything to your own address. The message becomes a note and its attachments become documents, linked to each other.
Filed for you
Tagged, dated and placed on arrival, using a vocabulary you control. Renewal and expiry dates are noticed before they pass.
Signed and sent
Sign a PDF with a signature drawn once and kept on the phone. Export any slice of the library as a zip.
Asking
You do not have to remember where it is.
Every photograph is described, every document read, every note indexed — so a question finds the thing whether or not you can recall the day, the folder or the word you filed it under.
Ask in your own words, out loud if it is easier. The answer comes back with the things it was drawn from, so you can open the receipt rather than take the app's word for it.
Household
One library, the people who share it.
Invite the people you actually keep things with. Everyone adds to the same library and can talk about any of it — a conversation about a photograph lives on the photograph.
You decide what each person may do, per kind of thing: who can add, who can edit, who can delete. Changed at any time, not just at the invitation.
Privacy
Your library is yours.
A private folder
Anything moved into it is hidden from the library until you unlock it, with Face ID if you want it.
Take it with you
Export the whole library, or any slice of it, as a zip of your files plus everything derived from them in plain text and JSON.
Delete means delete
Emptying the trash removes the file and everything read out of it, on every device in the household.
Questions
What does it cost?
There is a free plan and a paid one. Sharing a library with other people is part of the paid plan; keeping your own is not.
Does it work offline?
Capturing does. Everything you take is written to the phone first and syncs when there is a connection — you never wait on a network to photograph something.
What happens to a photo after I take it?
It is described, read for text and dates, and indexed so it can be found by asking. What that produces is used for searching and answering, and is not shown back to you on the picture.
Which languages?
The app is in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Chinese. Answers and descriptions can be written in a language you pick for the whole household.
